The idea for beSatisfied was developed in 1990 when the three founders began conducting customer follow up using the telephone and computer as a conduit for gathering information. In 1998, the company went from faxing concerns and reports to providing online reporting capabilities. beSatisfied was formally established in 2000 with processes based on sound marketing research principals to ensure that data is collected and reported in an accurate and responsible manner.

beSatisfied has a premier customer satisfaction call center located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in a professional office environment. Interviewing can be conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week based on our client’s requirements. All interviewers are required to participate in a rigorous training process before calling your customers.

Currently we conduct surveys throughout the world in the following languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Brazilian, Russian, Thai, Chinese, Mandarin and Korean.

Our facilities, in prime locations, offer an excellent environment for testing new services, products and ideas. Our offices offer a diverse setting for focus groups and in-depth interviewing research. All sites are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video capabilities, direct and closed-circuit observation rooms, and lounge facilities.
